Default replacing right rear quarter panel 02 accord ex

just want to know how hard is it to replace right rear quarter panel in a 2002 honda accord ex ,two door , i am thinking of buying this 2002 accord in great shape with 70k ,but the right rear quarter panel was hit and push in, i am a welder and did work on honda in the 80s , but never body work . tell me what you think ??? Well if it's dented in a way that gives you the option of cutting out the dented area and welding sheet metal over it that would be the best option. The other option is to buy a new quarter panel and install that. I don't know how to remove an 02 quarter panel, but I'm sure someone here does.

Edit: There's also always the option of Bondo.
