Default Replacing window regulators 00 accord coupe

Hello, I have a question. I am replacing the window regulators on both my driver and passenger sides of my 00 accord coupe. I have someone who can install them for me, but I just need to know if I need to purchase the regulators with the motor or without. I have power windows. The passenger side still works it just doesn't roll up all the way. Driver side however has fallen completely down into the door but I can still hear the motor working when I press the button. Thanks!

Generally, the regulator/motor is an assembled unit; purchased and installed as an assembly.

To make sure it is a faulty window regulator/motor, it usually is a good idea to take the door panel off and apply direct 12 volt power and ground to the motor connector terminals to see if it goes up and down. That way, you don't needlessly spend money on it if it does not turn out to be the problem.

I just double checked, for your year coupe, the motor and regulator can be replaced separately.

Here are excerpts from the service manual (section 20-14):

Service manual excerpt

The motor and regulator are separately available for your year unlike many other generation Accords.
