Default Rough start up.

My '00 accord is almost paid off (got it in 04) and now comes the "i know im almost paid off" problems.

ok 2000 LX V6 accord.

i had replaced my battery recently after cold weather here in Ga killed what was left of old one. since then only prob ive had is that lower control arm bushing...till now.

tonight for the 1st time i had shut my car off and when i started it..it idled very low then just cut off. i started it again and it turned over...idled low but stayed on.

same night i parked it for bout 10-15 min and started it and it did it 3 times. turned over, low idle, and then cut off. it only stayed on when i gave it gas before it had time to cut off. once its running it does fine in drive, neutral, and park.
any ideas

For the 4-cyl engines, Honda eliminated the FITV beginning in 1998. They included the function of the FITV into the newer style of AICV. I don't know for sure when they did that for the V-6 engines.
