Default RPM's Drop After Engine Start

'01 EX, V6....Engine starts fine, but right after ignition the rpm's drop nearly to the point of engine dying, then slowly recover to normal idle. A/C is not on at this time.

Any ideas??

clean your ICV and see if that fixes the problem. Also clean the TPS sensor along with the intake

I can almost hear the underlying tone of mass amounts of profanity mixed in with the words "shop" and "transmission" in that post *LOL*

The idle air control valve (IAC) is bolted to the bottom of the throttle body.
