I love the stuff... It's better than any smoke bomb on 4th of july. The stuff really does clean out the carbon deposits. The problem is, if your motor is severely worn, it can actually eat away at some of the gaskets (or so I've heard). But you would know if your motor was that bad and you probably wouldn't be spending 5 bucks on a can of seafoam for it.

Personally, I use it in the vehicals I service (mainly my accord and my fiance's jeep) and would recommend it 1 or 2 times a year.

I've used it on a Ford Aerostar with 150K - big improvement, a Subaru with 106K - minor improvement, and an Acura Legend with 207K - no difference (but it was running great to begin with).

If you have a high mileage car, go for it!

You can buy Seafoam at Autozone, Advance, etc. I'm almost sure WalMart has it too.

So where is a good place to apply seafoam on fueil inj. Accords? Below are instructions from thier website:

With engine warm, slowly pour 1/3 to 1/2 pint through carburetor or throttle body throat. (If vehicle is port injected slowly pour SEA FOAM through direct manifold vacuum line that will feed all cylinders, possible sources are P.C.V. valve or brake booster line.) This will pull SEA FOAM down on top of the pistons and to the back of the intake valves to dissolve carbon. Turn ignition off. Restart engine after 5 minutes. If severe carbon build up is apparent, use more Sea Foam as previously directed. Make sure exhaust is well ventilated when using Sea Foam in these various ways as fumes will be extreme for a short time.

i couldnt stop laughing when i drove around my neighborhood after using this stuff for the first time today.. hahaha

i just removed the hose off the brake booster, but towards the top where it's split and snaps into a metal bracket (easy to reach/disconnect) and went from there.. used 1/2 into that hose, 1/4 in gas, 1/4 in oil.. drove around, then came home and changed oil.

dont let it suck int too much at once other wise you will hydrolock it....after you use it let engine sit for about 20 mins and then start it up........I usually buy 2 cans at a time and run 2/3 into intake and 1/3 into oil and 1 can into gas tank..... 1/2 can at each of the 2 following fill ups
