Hi I have a 91 accord LX and my seatbelts are acting weird. I bought the car in agust with the seat belts in that condition. Sometimes they wont retract foward and sometimes they will start to retract foward and then start jerking and then just stop about half way. What the hell??? Is my car posesed???? jk seriously though this is very strange! It seems to do it at random times.
