Seatbelt Buzzer (Not what you're thinking)

Seatbelt Buzzer (Not what you're thinking)
I'd like to install an additional (yes: additional) seat belt buzzer in my 04 sedan. I'm wanting one with more baIIs than the stock buzzer. By that I mean, one that doesn't give up after 2 minutes. If doable, I'd like to limit its bussing to only when the car is not in Park. I have moderate fabrication skills/experience; and I'm trying to see if it would be best to wire a simple circuit to include the buzzer, the seat belt sensor/switch, and the shifter. If needed I could mount a push button switch for the shifter to disengage when in Park.
Of course theres the thought of tapping into the factory seat belt reminder light in the gauge cluster.
Basically, what can you guys think of, as I do not know this cars wiring very well. Thanks for the time, and help!

It would even help tremendously if someone knew about the switch in side the seat belt latch. Does it close the circuit when the seatbelt is latched or unlatched?
If it opens the circuit w/ the seatbelt latched, then that would work great and be pretty easy to wire; I could run the buzzer off of its 12v and have a switch mounted at the shifter (in series) that would close if the car wasn't in the Park position.
If it opens w/ the seatbelt UNlatched, would I need a NC (normally closed) relay to open the curcuit when 12V is applied. From the relay, to the shifter switch (open in P), to the buzzer, to ground. (Please correct me if I'm wrong) Thanks!
