Default Self diagnosis

i have a 95honda accord ex and i need to find its self diagbnosis system, i have looked under both driver and passenger side dashes and cannot find an obg-II connector, and if it is not obg -II then i still cannot find the wires it tells me to find to have it run a self diagnosis by itself.
if it is obg-II then where is the connector? and if it isnt, then how do i do a self diagnosis?

Unless it's a v6 it's not obd2. If it is a v6 the dlc is behind the ashtray. Otherwise the 2-pin service check connector is below the glove box.

dont know about the self diagnosis part but the plugin to check coeds should be mounted directly under the steering column.
