I have a 1998 accord ex coupe v6 automatic. I'm having a charging problem, I have replaced the alternator and it was tested before installing, the ELD sensor, new battery, ground cable. I even tried bypassing ELD and nothing. The battery reads 12.30 volts but when I test the alternator plug with the ignition on I get 8.9 volts and the battery light doesn't come on at any time, all the cluster bulbs are good. Any idea's of what next to diagnose and fix this would be greatly appreciated.

 

Which wire/wire color on the alternator is getting 8.9V with the key on?
