Something wrong with tire

Default Something wrong with tire

Today i was inspecting my car and i saw the front tire in bad shape. I got new tires about 2 years ago and have 35000 km on it. Its michelin hydroedge tires. Is it somethign wrong with tires or something went wrong with suspension. I have attached picture of tire

Alignment Shop and some new tires will fix your problems

my dad told me he got car stuck in his truck yard and he had to spin tires a lot to get it out and the yard if full of gravels. i was wondring if that was the cause

Yeah you're front end alignment seems to be fine since the tire is not worn in an uneven pattern. If you're dad got the car stuck and spun it on gravel, then 99% chance this is what caused it. It's hard to tell from the picture but it doesn't look worn down to the belts. Inspect the tire, and if the wear doesn't go down deeper than the thread itself, then I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep an eye on the tire for bulges and leaking.

If it is due to the gravel it would make sence to me that the other tire would be in similar shape, I would keep an eye one it. If it would get worse I would take it to garage and see if they think its alignment, could be your problem..

Tread coming off in chunks can be over-zealous cornering without corresponding high air pressure. But when you mentioned spinning in gravel, that's probably it. The other tire might not show it, if that one wasn't spinning.
