Default Which Spark Plug 2006 Accord

I have searched the forum but haven't found what I am looking for.
I own a 06 Accord LX, 4cyl, AT, California car. I have 60,000 miles and am trying to figure out which plugs to go with. I drive approx 800 miles per week about 1/2 freeway and 1/2 city driving.
The manual says the following

NGK IZFR6K-11
DENSO SKJ20DR-M11
NGK IZFR6K-13
DENSO SKJ20DR-M13

1) I believe that Honda reccomends IRIDIUM plugs but which of these are correct for my car/state?
2) How often do these IRIDIUM plugs need to be changed.

As always thanks for the help.

thanks Desert.
Are these gapped correctly out of the box? I have never used Iridium plugs before.

Also, any suggestions on the cheapest place to get them? Honda wants $20 each, my local NAPPA doesn't stock them. I would order over the internet if I could get a good price.

RTexasF:
I did try sparkplugs.com. They do not carry the NGK, only Denso.

99.9 % they are gapped ok , but it is a good idea to look at the gap...\
call your local import parts store they should carry them and a lot cheaper than Honda dealer
