I think it is that same for all accords but for the rear deck 6x9s the screws to remove the grill are located inside the trunk. You will see your factory speakers there and four screws surrounding it. Carefully remove those screws and then the grill for the 6x9s just easily come out. For the 6.5 inch in the door panel, the entire door panel must come off. To do this, you must first remove the inside door handle, and the armrest window control panel. They both will have plugs on the backs of them so be careful not to rip them. After you have disconnected the plugs, remove the black triangular cover that sits near the top part of the window. It should come off with some firm tugging. The plug behind it you do not need to unplug. After that is removed, carefully slip a covered screwdriver under the door panel and slowly lift. You should hear some pops where the connectors are coming out of place. Slowly remove the door panel. There is one more plug attached to the light, remove it. Lift the door panel over the lock and you are done removing the door panel. The screws to remove the door panel grills will be noticeable remove those and you are finished. Hope this helps.
