i have a 95 accord lx with blown speakers i believe the rears are 6x9. my question is will speakers from a later model accord or honda even have the same connectors on the speakers. im looking to do an upgrade but im not willing to spend that much on speakers right now. i place near by sells stock speakers for 7 bucks a piece. so if i can get a good set of speakers from an 04 or somthing that would be great. just not sure what will connect

 

It's easier to splice wires, as long as the size & mounting of the speaker itself is OK.
