Default Squeaky suspension

2004 Accord. It's tired, 207000 miles....

So look at these videos - really turn up the audio and listen to the suspension -

It's quite squeaky when driving. It's been like this for a while, and it comes and goes. Anybody know specifically what is causing this squeak? Or any way to cheaply deal with it? At this point, it's not worth me putting big bucks into the car, so something like changing out all the suspension isn't worth the money - but if I can do something cheaply to make it quiet, I can do that. Also, I want to make sure it's not a safety issue. Please let me know your thoughts, thanks.

Noises are tough to diagnose over the web. You will need to do some investigating, because several sources could cause a noise. Can you hear the noise when the car is not moving by bouncing the suspension or turning the steering wheel?

Here is a good video on finding noises on a car.
