Default Squeeky driver side power window

I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX 4-Door and I am having problems with the driver side power window. Every other time I raise or lower it, it makes a terrible squeaking sound like it is rubbing on metal. It hasn't scratched the glass yet, but I fear it will soon or simply just stop working. Does anyone know what might be causing this or am I going to have to take the door panel off and see. I'm not looking forward to having to do that. Thanks.

If you can't see the source of the noise; run channel or window edge seal perhaps, then fault is behind the door panel. Regulator could be loose, window run channel damaged and allowing window to hit door frame.

There's a good video on youtube by ericthecarguy on Honda run channel replacement. This describes the basics of door panel removal, window removal, and run channel replacement. Your's should be similar but a shop manual is best to guide work. check ebay seller "automanualsource" for an emanual for your Accord.

I moved your post to a more appropriate forum.

good luck
