starting issues
Hello guys ,ok i have a 94 honda accord with the 2.2 L vtec engine. I have had it about two weeks, i just had the oil pressure switch replaced by a mechanic who also had to troubleshoot why i didnt have tail lights or dash lights. The issue witht he lights was some wires fused together at the license plate light .Now since coming back from the mechanic i have an issue with it not wanting to start after i get off work. It starts right up in the morning and started up at lunch, but when i went to leave at 430 it wouldnt start. So i thought well maybe the fuel gauge isnt working right so i went and got gas, still didnt start wouldnt start until i put some fuel down the intake it started and ran all the way home and even started up later. It started this morning, but again today after work i had to put fual in the intake for it to start.Anyone have any ideas? Im at a lose myself.

Any codes in the ecu?
In the afternoon, when this seems to happen, watch the CEL. When you turn the key to on/pos II (not start, the position the key would be when running), listen for the fuel pump to prime-the CEL should come on for ~3 seconds and then go off-Does it?

I ended up researching the problem on another site and found out what the problem was.It seems like a common problem with 90's model's, the main relay goes bad.It is the fuel pump and injector relay under the dash, watched a few videos on how to repair it did the repair and so far all seems well.
