I just bought my 1st Honda Accord, 2013 EX-L no nav, on Friday and I must say I like every thing so far. The only thing so far that kind of bothers me is the backlighting of the controls on the steering wheel. Is there anyway to raise the backlighting up a bit? They are to dim for me to read at night.

 

Not sure if those are controlled by the dash brightness control or not?

Just me, but over time you will know the locations of them and not even need to look down

 

No they aren't controlled by the dash light control. I tried that.
My wife, who has a 2012 Odyssey said the same thing about
after a while I'll won't have to look at the controls.
