Im getting a very small area that the steering cover material is breaking off. Im sure many have seen this. I dont know if its possible to find a new oem part, but its not too bad and would somehow like to prevent it from getting worse.

Q: is there anything I can put over the spot and on the edges that will prevent it from deteriorating further. If you have a permanent solution I would love to know. I have included a picture so you can see the issue.
