Still battling this. Another mechanic noticed movement in the lower control arm bushings, removed them and they were broken. Replaced those and now the steering wheel doesn't shake as bad now, but it still does. Past 60 it continues to shake. Does this new info help out any?

 

I almost hate to suggest this...

You've replaced 3 wheels & tires because they were bent. What if the 4th tire has damage like belt separation or something? It might have a straight wheel, and it might be straight when spinning on a balancing machine. But when pressed down on the road it squirms around & causes vibration.

Try to find a place with a Hunter GSP9700 balancing machine.

I replaced 3 wheels and 4 tires. Big-O road force balanced the tires if that's what the GSP machine does.

 

Yeah, that's exactly what that GSP machine does. So much for my clever idea...

 

Finally got it figured out. It was the lower control arm bushings. Thanks to everyone for their help!
