Default strange electrical issue

New member with a wierd problem. I did go through 35 pages of posts before writing.

Right front parking light/turn signal comes on at random times when the car is parked(shut off) , also have a random beeping when driving ( can't find any pattern ).
The car was hit lightly in the left front right before this started and repaired by one of the best shop in this area. Hood and left parking/turn assembly , hit a small deer.

No alarm system that I know of, bought used last year for girlfriend. It does have an aftermarket remote starter, but it is only connected to the starter.

I have been working on cars, trucks, and Motorcycles for 30 yrs, but this one's got me stumped

Thanks in advance for any help

check your wiring in that area, does car have keyless entry with remote starter? If it does, then the module may have been damaged....
