strange loss of power

hey guys its been a while...well i was just drivin my accord today and while attempting to pass a vehicle when i downshifted to 4th my car lost power and began to jerk a bit so i put it back on 5th and it ran ok there...when i come to a full stop the idle seems to be a bit lower than usual...any ideas?

just pulled my spark plugs and found they are all burnt at the lower tips...
