tcm replacement

Default tcm replacement

i have posted a couple of times,park and drive lights on dash stay lit,and flash.i have replaced gear selector switch,adjusted cable.still having same problem.it has been suggested it is transmission control module.where is tcm located? what should i know about buying used tcm,does it have to be programed to my specific car,any good place to order from,and what should i know about installing tcm,dos and donts,thanks for any help,and any advice.1992 accord

Ok, the TCM/TCU is right there with the ECM, pass floor.

Before buying one, pull yours and open it up and see if there are any burnt caps/resis.

I would suggest a little reading about these: Honda Electronic Transmission Problem- Troubleshoot, Inspection, Repair, Replace.
