Press the TCS switch when driving and see if this changes the status of the lights. It quite possibly could be a sticking switch so play with it a little. Otherwise you will need to have it scanned at Honda to reveal the code. Switch is located just to the left of the steering wheel next to the SunRoof switch.

Let us know your status.

yea let us know about that one.....traction control huh...yea maybe sticking switch, and my next idea would be one of the monitors on the wheels, because the system monitors the speed of the front wheels in relation to the back ones. im not sure if it is on the same system as the ABS i would think they would screw up at the same time. def something you would want to get scanned though. i am very curious.

I used to own a 03' V6 Accord (Upgrded to an 05'). I had the same problems with the TCS light coming on. Took it to the dealer and they told me there was a Technical Service Bulletin out on this problem. Sorry I do not know the exact number, but pasted one below that may,or may not be your problem. If I recall correctly there was a problem with the brake pedal position sensor, which would cause the TCS light to come on and stay on until the car was restarted.

2003 Honda Accord
Bulletin #: 02012005
Sequence #: 10015287
Date: 02/01/2005
Component Name: 036000 service brakes, hydraulic:antilock
Make: Honda
Model: Accord
Year: 2003
Summary: Service manual fix: tcs diagnostic trouble code (dtc) 84 (tcs pressure sensor neutral position). *tt

You may want to search the other TSB's and/or contact the dealer again.
Good Luck!!
