Third brake light wiring question
On my 2007 Accord EXL, there are two wires that go to the third (center) brakehttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png light. One wire is solid red and the other wire is red with a white stripe. Which wire is positive and which is ground?

Honda circuit diagrams show Wht/Blk wire for power (+) and Blk wire for ground (-) at the high mount brake light.

Thanks redbull-1. There's a plastic connector plug about 12" before the high mount brake light assembly. It looks like there is a white/black and black wire from the wiring harness to this connector. However, the final wiring from the connector to the high mount brake light is a red/white wire and a solid red wire. |
HondaBill did you ever figure out the difference between the red and white and red on the 3rd break light? I'm facing same issue
