Default Third brake light wiring question

On my 2007 Accord EXL, there are two wires that go to the third (center) brake light. One wire is solid red and the other wire is red with a white stripe. Which wire is positive and which is ground?

Thanks redbull-1. There's a plastic connector plug about 12" before the high mount brake light assembly. It looks like there is a white/black and black wire from the wiring harness to this connector. However, the final wiring from the connector to the high mount brake light is a red/white wire and a solid red wire.

HondaBill did you ever figure out the difference between the red and white and red on the 3rd break light? I'm facing same issue
