Default throttle actuator

I just bought a 2001 LX Accord and the cruise control does not work. I opened the hood and found the longer cable coming from the servo motor hanging loose and then figured out that the plastic part of the actuator was supposed to have a place for the barrel on the end of the cable to seat but it was broken. My question is, is the actuator easily taken apart to maybe replace the plastic part or possibly replace the actuator itself w/o replacing the whole throttle body. Junk yard wants $125 for the body and I won't use CC that much anyway. Anyone have a junk throttle and willing to sell parts?
Thanks, Larry

Default replacing throttle body

So how much work and how complicated is it to replace the throttle body? My 99 that I am selling, has a completer throttle body and I could swap that into my 2001 assuming it fits. Then I would have CC. Sould not change what I can get for the 99 I am only asking $1800 and should be able to get $1500 easily

They should swap over....work, that depends....to me, nothing.

Do suggest a good manual.....automanualsource seems to offer a pretty good one.
