Tie Rods and coolant flush

Just had my 93 accord LX auto. In the shop for tires. While i was thier, they did a courtesy check. From what they say, My left-outer tie rod end is lose. Still learning on how to fix this great car up, I was wondering if there is anything i can do myself to fix this or repair it? And i need to do a coolant flush, is there any type of coolant that would be the best for my car. ( I drive like a bat out of hell)

If the outer tie-rod is loose, then you will have to replace it.

With the correct tools, it is a pretty simple DIY job.

Its very easy to replace the tie rods.Just make sure it is either the outer or inner.A shop told me my outer tie rod was loose, but when I got home and took the wheel off,the inner one was bad,not the outer.Honest mistake but I was able to diagnose it right away.

Forgot to add, just use the factory specified coolant/mix.You can add a little more water to the mix for the summer months.

Or you can buy the premixed 50/50 already mixed bottles and use those.
They work for all types of coolants.
