Default 1992 Accord Timing problem after repalcing belts.

1992 Honda Accord LX Timing Problem
Just replaced the timing & balance belt. Car has 62,000 miles and is not used much, 2,000 miles/yr.
Started up fine but when it warms up there is little power or acceleration & hesitation. It seems fine from a stop but when driving and you press the accelerator it does nothing unless you press the pedal all the way down or wait for quite a while.
It dies going up small hills.
Checked the timing with a light and the white mark is at the pointer. (both with a jumper on the service check connector and without as the manual is not clear on how to check)
The check engine light is not on and there are no codes with the jumper. (unless I'm doing it wrong)
It seems to run fine except that it has no pickup now.
Wanted to see if it could be something other than the timing belt being improperly installed one tooth off before I take it apart again.
Also I noticed the idle is lower than before I replaced the belt, almost to the point of stalling after the car warms up.
Have the Honda shop manual for the car and could not find anything in it to help.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Craig

Isn't that white mark the TDC?
That would lead a person to believe the cam timing is off by a tooth.

I have to agree with Dude,,,,,,,,if car running and you chk timing and the white mark is at pointer sure sounds like cam timing is off,,,,,,,,you should see a red mark at the pointer

chk to make sure you got cam timing correct

sounds like you're off a tooth... very easy to do, ask me how i know, lol... i just loosened the tensioner, and slid the belt off the cam sproket, rotated the cam one tooth counter-clockwise, and bam! dead on... lol
