Yes Too Much Is Not Good
Rad must have water too boil so that heat can transfer thru ...all anti freeze won't let that happen..50/50 mix is what it should have...

You mean the mixture is too strong? Or simply too much volume. It's not like engine oil, there's not supposed to be any air space in the actual radiator.
Level too high in the overflow reservoir is OK. If it's REALLY too high, it'll just spill on the ground when the engine warms up.
