Hi guys!
Last year I had the same issue I m having now. I has to change the TCU coz the S light turned on and could not change gears. Now It is happening again but with different symptoms: now the problem is intermittent the S light turns on and I feel shifting is strange and then it goes away and no problems. Do you think it is the TCU again or something else??
2nd -- Can you clarify to me when I should change the transmission oil??
3rd -- and is there a way to fix the automatic seat belt on the window. It is not working and I do not know what it is.
Thank you so much for your answers.

If the S-light is on steady (not flashing), the TCU may have failed. If resetting fixes the problem temporarily, liklihood of TCU failure is higher.
Change transmission oil every 30K or 24 months is what owners manual recommends. Use Honda ATF.
Honda should provide a free repair. I think seat belts are warrantied for life of car.
good luck

About the seat belt. What if I am the 3rd owner, do I still go under that life time warranty?
About the TCU. The first time it happens was also in summer-fall time, it was very humid. Can it be possible for the TCU just to be humid or something or I am trying to revive some imminent death????
Thank you again for your answers, they are really helpful.

I think that the seat belt warranty should still apply.
I think that the S light should flash if a code is set, but it may be worthwhile to see if the TCU is storing a code by shorting the service connector and counting the LED flashes on the ECU and TCU.
Maybe unplug the connectors to the TCU and see if there are any pins that are corroded or loose. Maybe check the grounds on the TCU wire harness. I don't know where they are located or the grounding point. A shop manual will have that information.
