TRASMIISION
I BOUGT A CAR WITH SUPPOSELY A BAD TRANSMISSION AND IT DID'NT SHIFT, WHEN I CHECKED THE TRANSMISSION FLUID IT WAS EMPTY SO I POURED 2 QRTS OF FUEL AND IT SHIFTED AND DROVE ,,,,SHOULD I FINISH POURING THE FLUID OR SHOULD I STILL BE CONCERNED ???? P.S. IT'S A 99 HONDA ACCORD V6

Well, pouring 2 quarts of FUEL into the transmission is never good... I hope that was a mistake. If not, you need to fill and drain the transmission 3x times (AT LEAST) with Honda Genuine ATF-Z1 fluid. The tranny can hold about 3 quarts, so you need to run 9 quarts through it.
P.S. - 1998-2002 Honda automatic transmission are known for dying prematurely.

keep an eyeout for the leak ...... very likely at the drain plug due to not replacing the crush washer. If the tranny performs well when it has fluid, then it's not dead yet. When mine crapped out, it had every drop of fluid inside it, just the insides fell apart.
