Every time I make left turn my windshield wipers come on and the turn signal light blinks really fast. Whatsugestions do you have to fix the problem

 

If the turn signal blinks really fast it means one of your blinker bulbs is out. If you are turning left I assume you are signaling before the turn? Get out of your car in your driveway and cut on your blinker that goes fast. Walk around the car and see which blinker is out.
As far as the wipers go....that lever is on the other side of the steering wheel so I am not sure how the wipers would turn on like that. Unless the lever is loose. My lever is loose on my '95 and it will fall every now and then so the wipers will come on.
