Turn Signals must Warm Up?

Combo Switch contacts, didn't even think about that! Not sure how to test it, but will look in the manual. Wonder if I can get to them and spray some contact cleaner on them without taking the steering wheel off? Thanks for the help!
I will let you know if this fixes it.

Update: Just checked the manual, and it has complete instructions on how to test and replace the switch. No steering wheel removal needed! Again, will keep you posted if this is the problem. Looks like switch is about $40
from discount internet Honda sites. Not as bad as I thought.

Well, I followed the procedures in the manual and confirmed its the combo switch. Thanks to all who posted.
