So I installed a new driver side control panel and everything was great. Then my windows and locked started to malfunction. After a long day of looking for the problem I found this inside my driver door. What you guys think the damage is ?

One of my local mechanics just told me this was not the problem and that the burnt looking stuff was actually lithium grease.
