Default Unintended Acceleration

My mother-in law's 2011 (April) LX Accord, 2.2L,auto, has had 2 cases of unintended acceleration with simultaneous inadequate brake performance (squishy). One case was at high speed 65 going to 40, then the ua. Second case was at low speed (10 mph) while entering a parking lot. Honda has borrowed the car to try and replicate.
What's my next step if they can't replicate?
What can I expect from Honda if they do replicate?

Thanks, Dan

Remember all of the toyota issues with unintended acceleration? It was either a floormat or driver error.

Sorry Dan,

1 - turn in this mother in law under warranty, is she a hypocondriac too?
History of prior lawsuits? just sounds too convenient. Look at your hole card...

2 - if nothing else works, show her how to slam the shift lever into N-neutral from D-drive w/o pushing the button.

I ain't buying it.
