Updates Worth It?

I've purchased updates twice for my 03 MDX and found them worthwhile. I bought a special offer for about $100.
I use a Garmin w/ my TSX (non-Nav) and enjoy that option also. Recently rented an RV and was pleased w/ use of Garmin while driving.
