Default V-tech cylanoid (sp?)

Hello out there.
I have a Honda Accord EX 94, I just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas of the estimated time and part charge for a V-tech cylanoid (might be spelled wrong). Does anyone have any suggestions?
Much appreciated.
