Default vacuum leak when braking ?ABS? or ?

Hello to all
I am rebuilding a 94 accord ex 2.2l vtec auto.

I have what sounds like a loud vacuum leak when braking ,the sound only happens when the car is moving ,which makes it a little difficult to diagnose. I cannot recreate the sound unless the car is moving.

The car was making this noise when I bought it. I have replaced the Transmission ,rebuilt the engine and replaced the front lower control arms (both where bent)and fixed a leak on the suction side of the power steering pump that was foaming the fluid,I still need to do the alignment.

The brakes seem to work fine ,there is just a loud sound like a vacuum leak when the brake is depressed while the car is moving?
I can't find any vacuum leaks anywhere, I just replaced every gasket ,o-ring and seal on the motorwhen I rebuilt it.

None of the dash lights are lit ,so there are no codes to check.

I am at a loss......Please help. Thanks advance for any imput.

Have you inspected your brakes? Maybe a brake sensor is rubbing the rotor?

I inspected the brakes when I replaced the lower control arms and again after I got the car running and it made the noise.

The sound is coming from the engine bay ,I had the wife stop while I stood on the side of the road and I'm sure it's coming from the engine bay?

Thanks

I would check the vac hose(s) that go to the brake booster and the booster itself.
