Default Valve Clearance

Will someone please post and verify the valve clearances for a 1997 Accord LX F22B2 engine? And the firing order (I'm guessing the cylinders are numbered right to left 1-4). And any improvements I can expect after doing this to a car with 193,000 miles on it (never been done before)?

Thanks so much.

Firing order for inline 4-cylinder isalways 1-3-4-2. Cylinders are always numbered with #1 at the pulleys & #4 at the flywheel. That's true for all, not just Honda.

Honda usually stamps some kind of mark "A" or something, at the #1 position on the distributor cap. Clockwise from there.
