Default VCM Management 2010 Accord EXL

Hey I have run into the (apparently quite common) VCM issue where I am getting oil fouling in the top three (towards rear of car) cylinders and spark plugs. I've just replaced the plugs, but wanted to get on top of this moving forward and reduce the amount of damage by disabling the VCM. I just wanted to check if there was a known best option for disabling the VCM. I've seen several options online (S-VCM controller, VCM Tuner, VCMuzzler) and wanted to check on here to see if there was a consensus best option for this.
Thanks in advance

I don't know which is better. I remember watching an ericthecarguy video on YouTube a while back that tried to disable the VCM. It may give some guidance.
