Default ventilation

im drivin a x reg 2000 accord se exec, lookin for some help with ventilation issues. When the fan is on top speed it doesnt feel as though air is coming through very strong at any setting ie face, foot or screen although it does sound as if it is, also in mornings when heating up it does take quite a while to completely de-mist and if there are passengers in car it takes longer to clear. What can this be? any help appreciated.

It sounds like you have a non-US accord.

Under the passenger side of the dash, the fan motor should have a two pin connection. Unplug the fan and use a volt meter across the two pins to verify that you are getting 12V to the fan motor. Do this with the key turned to the II position and the fan set to the high setting.

Possibly a clogged cabin-air filter?? Do UK Accords have that?
