Voltage draw

Default Voltage draw
I have a 90 accord with a voltage draw on the 7.5 amp back up radio fuse. This fuse also powers items with seat belts.Pulled the power supply on radio off it's back,no change, diconnected wires under seat for retracts for shoulder belt,no luck..........HELP!

I believe that one also powers the ECU and TCU.
