Vtec on 96 accord not working

So do you think im getting a full report using obd1
So this is the most likely cause why my CEL is on right

I think that you have the problem narrowed down to the two O2 sensors.

OBD2 wouldn't detect other problems, it is just more specific for certain codes.

I just looked up the OBD1/2 codes. If you could find your OBD2 connection, the codes that you would get are P0135 and P0141.

Were is the first sensor located at i know its in the front
N u mentioned the second one being by the catalytic converter or
somewere around their, ill chek it when i wake up tomorrow morning
i need to pass that smog check

I found my obd2 connector
snaky little cable was hidden all the in the bottom of my center console been having this car for 2 weeks now and i just found it

So i stilll havent fixed this issue i found one of the sensors the one thats before the cat rite wen the two pipes joint toghter
I did a voltmeter check and it read 141 ohms meaning its broken and has to be replaced
But im still having issues finding second sensor

Its either bolted directly into the catalytic converter, or just past it.
