Default weird noise from engine

Today is the first time my 03 accord v6 started making a weird noise. It seems to be coming from the passenger side cause it got louder after my Don opened hid door. Its a kind of high pitch noise. If u take a empty glass bottle and throw it hard, the sound it makes when spinning is what the sound coming from my engine sounds like. Any herd of this or know what it is?

Is the sound there constantly, or at certain speed, or does it only occur at certain times, like at cold start-up and then goes away?

At first start of engine its not there. As soon as I go about 1/4 mile I can hear it slightly. It doesn't get louder at all just same. Also, not sure if this helps any, but the engine has been getting a lot of hard starts for some reading. Did the oil change, New ir plugs, PCB valve, cleaned throttle body and waiting on air fuel sensor

Does it sound like this video?

TSB - Honda 08-045 - YouTube

If so, then it may be due to the idler pulley mount.

OP-sorry for this.......Redbull, I guess I need ear phones...If I keep waking her up she is going to get real mad at me one day......this one was "is that a rooster with a cold, the one sounds sicker than the other".

And she warned me, her friends husband bought a used car today...she said "there was water in the oil, you are going to have to help him replace the head gasket soon"...we've been together too long I guess

Hee hee... Then that makes three of us where it sounds similar; but, one (rooster) is at a worst stage than the other (rooster). I actually felt it sounded similar before; but, was waiting for others to chime in. I even opened both videos at the same time to see if there was a big difference, in my opinion, there is some difference; but similar enough in pattern . . .
