You may want to google some of the part numbers on the sticker.

It is something aftermarket that was installed in your car. Maybe something for a sound system?

Where were the other ends of the wires when you removed them?

I googled every number on there and came up with nothing, the top plug which looks like the type of plug you would see coming off a computer was tied into all sorts of wires under the driver side dash board, the other plug which looks like a phone plug or data plug had a wire that ran to the passenger floor board area and ended in a plug that looked like you would plug in a phone wire or data wire.
it also had what looked like a cable wire than ran up to the rear windsheld and attached to a little black box that is attached to the rear glass by adhesive pad.

What does the other side look like?

Can you post a picture of the other side and a close-up picture of those two labels?

Looks like some kind of storage device with possible video output or input capability due to the coaxial connector. Probably not a new kind of device due to it having a parallel port. Looks like an R11 or other type phone jack port; but, phone jacks can be used for other purposes, such as providing power.

This post and scanning Motorola's site makes me guess it might possibly be related to a two-way radio system.

I think it was an old tracking position type device.
Nothing you need

probably unrelated also, while pulling the wires for this i was also pullin the remains of an alarm system that was installed at some point but the main component (the box) the brain of the system was missing in action, but not to concerned with that as i may install my own at some point
