Default what are specific names of solenoids?

I have a 2001 Honda Accord LX 2.3 Liter with a 4 cylinder. My buddy mechanic sprayed my solenoids with brake cleaner and now my car doesn't wanna go into drive unless I give it gas and then it slams into gear. I'm assuming its my solenoids so I wanted to get the name of the top two that come together as a pair and also the name of the bottom two that are separate. Is partsgeek a good place to order from?

Was something up with the transmission before you had the solenoids cleaned?

The two sets of solenoids are the shift and lockup solenoids. Go to a site like hondapartsnow.com and look up the transmission parts for your accord to figure out which is which.

Does the check engine light turn on while or possibly the D4 light start flashing when you are driving?

There are 2 pressure switches, should be green connector locates on top of the differential that's 2nd clutch pressure switch. Another one in the back cover color black, that's 3rd clutch pressure switch, could take them out and clean with cleaner. Close to the starter there should be 2 shift solenoids, black and tan connector, don't missed them up, the black color always will be on top, otherwise it will shift backward. You can also clean them out. By the top bell housing there is a set of lock up solenoids, the one that has 2 wires with it where the bracket bolt to the 2 cooler lines together, you can clean the screen out, most of the time you will see the screen will have some clutch material clogging it. Then there is a big square body with 2 solenoids on it right by the top of the dip stick tube, that's your pressure control solenoids, you don't want to mess with it, most cases if you take it out the gasket might be N/G, this set of solenoids will cost you a couple hundreds bucks. The other 2 black connector sensor will be your speed sensor, you can just leave them alone.
