Order one from the dealer for quality or a painted one from ebay if you want to go cheaper.

Yeah there are a few Honda dealers that sell discounted parts online, but not by much.

Google Majestic Honda or South Bay Honda, they should come prepainted.

The words "OEM" and "cheap" should not ever be used in the same sentence.
If I were you I would use aftermarket or find a used OEM one. Aftermarket is just as good as OEM for things like bumpers. If you decided to let your insurance handle it, your insurance company would not pay for OEM for a bumper since there is so much aftermarket support or they could find a used OEM one with no damage on it. Insurance companies use LKQ (like kind and quality) parts

Aftermarket bumpers crack easier compared to OEM and I thought insurance companies are required to only repair with OEM parts. They are required to do that here...

$295 does not include paint or instillation. They will just hand you the bumper and say here you go.

As for what Finch said with Majestic Honda. They do not ship bumpers, I have learned that one the hard way.
