Heres an image of the part (The metal bar that is slightly bent in the middle ) i thought it was a control arm at first but the control is the part in the back and i ended buying the wrong part . Please help it would be great!!
I think it is called the a-arm. You can go to a site like hondapartsnow.com and get the oem part number. A cheap one would likely come from a junkyard.

IDK, lower track rod? It might be worth looking it up for your year and model of a parts site like Hondaparts.com. Personally, I've found it seems like every company calls a common part a different name.
