Default wheel interchange from '07 to '14

Hi..

I have a question about whether my 2007 Accord DX 16" winter wheels will bolt on to a new 2014 Accord LX? Is the bolt pattern the same? Thanks..

First welcome to HAF.

Not really sure but you might look at some sites like "Tire Rack" - a sponsor link over to the right - and see what they have for the two cars?

Pretty sure they will bolt right up.
But you won't have tire-pressure sensors and you'll have the warning lamp all winter long. My daughter did exactly the same thing with 2007-to-2013 Civic.

I purchased 16" rims/tires for my 2013 accord coupe with no problem (wanted more rubber/ less metal). Plenty of clearance, no pressure sensors, the TPMS works off the wheel speed sensors.

Thanks for the information 1staccord. I have an extra set of winter rims and snow tires. They are same size as the original 16" factory rims and I want to keep them to use on the 2014 Accord. It would be nice if they fit and not have to deal with a TPMS warning light.

I looked at parts drawings (Majestic Honda) and the 2013 Civic uses pressure sensors at the wheel.
While the 2013 and 2014 Accord (4-door LX anyway) doesn't have pressure sensors at the wheels.

So I don't understand why Honda would keep 2 different systems (pressure sensor vs. wheel-speed sensor); but apparently that's the case.
