Question When to change timing belt

What is a range of mileage when you should have your timing belt replaced? Mine is a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with 55K miles. I've seen some recommendations online for anywhere from 45k to 90k.

Recommended change interval is Maintenance Minder Sub-Code 4 or; for severe driving conditions: every 100,000 km (approx. 62,000 miles) or 5 years.

The service manual only included the information for severe conditions for the timing belt.

Which manual do the above recommendations come from? I ask because those recommendations are different than literally every other manual I've ever seen for Honda J-Series engines.

They are from the Honda electronic service manual.

Some of what I posted is the information under severe driving condition. Otherwise, Honda refers in part to the Maintenance Minder and the codes.
